I. Specification

(1) Size: 1.213, 1.38, 1.516, 1.82, 2.03 x 50m

(2) Thickness: 1-15mm

(3) Color: blue, transparent, opal, green, bronze

II. Processing Characteristics

(1). It is as clear as glass, and the light transmission rate comes to 88%;

(2). It is light in weight, and less then half the weight of glass;

(3). It is also named Rigid PC Sheet or Solid PC Sheet for its high impact resistance - 250 to 300 times stronger than general glass;

(4). Flame resistance: according to national GB8624-97 test, it’s rank GradeB1 without fire drop and poisonous gas;

(5). Temperature resistance: no deformation occurs within the temperature rang from -40 to 120 Celsius;

(6). Sound insulation - the first choice for sound insulation board on freeways due to its good sound insulation;

(7). With an ultraviolet coextruded film on one or both surface, it can prevent the resin fatigue or yellowing caused by the ultraviolet.
