CGCC SPCC?PPGI Steel Coil

PPGI(?Prepainted galvanized steel coil?) is paint on hot dip galvanized steel and its corrosion resistance is better.??After surface treatment , PPGI simulate pattern?of wood grain, marble, granite.?It usually used to indoor and outdoor decoration.

How we make PPGI steel coil?

1. We start with the base steel that is lightweight yet strong.

2. Next comes a protective zinc alloy coating applied to both sides by a continuous hot-dip method

3. A conversion coating is chiemically applied to the zinc steel to enhance corrosion resistance and ehcure bonding surface.

4. Next, a corrosion inhibitive high technology primer is applied and oven-baked.

5. Finally, a specially formulated high performance exterior paint finish is applied and oven-baked to the top or working side, giving a natural low-gloss finish

Usually we can produce according to RAL color card or sample?

Other special grain:simulated?Wood grain ,Stone grain ?and?Embossed ?

We can make from?0.14 mm?to?1.6mm?as your requirement

We can make from?600 mm?to?1250 mm, and common width are?1000mm,?1219mm?and?1250mm

Usually we can make 25um in top and 10um in back

We can provide?40g-275g?per square meter, most customers demand?60g/m2.

Payment

a. 30% prepayment and 70% against B/L copy.
b. L/C at sight (need check the bank information and account information)

Delivery time

Within 15-30 days after prepayment under normal conditions.
We will inform you when signing contract if delivery time delay
