Color Coated Steel?Coil?

Color coated steel coil is an extension of hot dip galvanized steel coil products, galvanized is the first surface treatment, and painted with a sequential manner organic coating or adhesive film, then produce a coil for cold forming further processing. It is usually used to indoor and outdoor decoration.

Color Coated Steel galvanlume Coil is usually Zn 60g, 25um painted in top and 10um painted in back.

Structure of decorative galvanized steel sheet :

Topcoat (finishing) which provides color, pleasing appearance and appearance and a barrier film to enhance long-term durability.

Primer coat to prevent undercutting of paint and enhance corrosion resistance.

Pretreatment layer applied for good adhesion and to enhance corrosion resistance.

Zinc coating for added corrosion resistance.

Base steel sheet.

Applications:

Industrial buildings, residential houses, vehicles, vessels, mechanicals, electrical equipments, and electrical household appliances etc.

Usually we can make 25um in top and 10um in back

We can provide?40g-275g?per square meter, most customers demand?60g/m2.

Payment

a. 30% prepayment and 70% against B/L copy.
b. L/C at sight (need check the bank information and account information)
