Structural features

IHtype pump is jointly designed product by the whole domestic industry throughadopting the international standard ISO, which are mainly composed of the pumpbody, impeller, seal rings, impeller nuts, pump cover, sealing parts, themiddle frame, axle, suspension components. 

Structuralcharacteristics of the pump: pump cover fixed in the middle bracket by the seamallowance and clamp pump cover in the middle by the connection of middle bracketspigot pump case. Pump case is an axial suction and radial discharge, footsupport type, can be directly fixed onto the base. Suspension department isfixed on the intermediate frame by the seam allowance, and supported on a basewith a suspension bracket. To facilitate the demolition, design lengthenedcoupling, without disassembling overhaul inlet and outlet connection piping,pump and motor, just remove the intermediate connector couplings longer, youcan remove the rotor parts for maintenance, which is a common internationalstructure. 

Thedirection of rotation of the pump: The pump is directly driven by the couplingby lengthening the motor, clockwise from the motor end.

Pumpshaft seal: mechanical seal and packing seal in the form of pump seal. Packingpump cover is equipped with stuffing, for soft packing seal, the stuffing maypass into a certain pressure of water for seal cooling, lubrication, cleaning; Singlemechanical seal and double mechanical seal two species for mechanical seal, acertain pressure into the seal cavity through the water, rinse the end surfacefriction, while cooling effect. According to demand while allowing the use of asealed cavity adapted to form a predetermined size of ISO3069 other structures,such as mechanical seal with corrugated pipe and expeller seal.
