Naval Three Roller Symmetry Bending Machine

The structure type of this bending machine is three roller symmetry, up roller moves vertically through bevel gear drive at middle symmetrical position of two down rollers, the hydraulic drive gains from acting to cylinder rod through hydraulic oil in hydraulic vat, and moves whirlly by rolling of two down rollers through specially designed reducers, to provide torque
for bending plank stuff. There are many rows of carrier rollers at the under-part of down roller, to increase the rigidity of down roller, and can be regulated vertically; There are rigidity beams on the top part of upper roller, and many rows of carrier rollers between beams and upper roller, to increase the rigidity of upper roller, is applicable to bend ultrawide
circular accessories.
