Hydraulic Three Roller Symmetry Bending Machine

The structure type of the machine is three roller symmetry, up roller moves vertically through bevel gear drive at middle symmetrical position of two down rollers, and moves whirlly by meshing of two down rollers through the end gear of main reducers, provides torque for bending plank stuff. Neat plastic metal board gets by three work rollers of lapping machine
(two down rollers, one up roller), by means of underdraughting of up roller and rotating move of down roller, to make metal board experience many times of continuously bending, to yield permanent plastic deformation, and to bend into desired cylinder, conic tube or parts of them. The fault of the machine
is that the end part of plank stuff should be prebended by means of other equipment. The machine is applicable to large scale bending machine which bending board thickness is up to 50 mm, adds a row of fixed carrier rollers at the down part of the two down rollers, to cut down the distance of the two down rollers, so as to increase bending workpiece precision and whole function of the machine.
