Materials of all gears are 20CrMnTi alloy steel, treated by procedures as tempering, cementiting, quenching etc., surface hardness of gears is HRC58°-62 °, durable, and service life is prolonged greatly; The maching precision of all the gears reaches: 6-5GRADE;
The cast body adopt high-strength HT250 meterial, and the reasonable integral streamline shape design make noise lower and serve life prolonged.
