-The buildin after cooler for high temperature models is suitable to operate at different temperature below 80
-The unit applies refrigerant pressure control mode, which makes the air dew point identically equal.
-The selected and used parts and components are the products from famous manufacturers in the world, which can ensure operation reliability of the unit .
-Cooling evaporator adopts the structure of large heat-exchange area and detour spiral . That makes the compress air stay long inside the evaporator to ensure sufficient heat exchange. More moisture in the air can be condensed to become liquid drop, and therefore optimum drying effects can be achieved.
-The re-heating device makes heat exchanging between the cold air and the refrigerant high-pressure pipe, which can exclude the condensation dew of downstream pipe .This ensures the reliability of the gydraulic system. On the other hand ,the cold-media in high pressure pipe flows into the condenser only after it has been cooled .That can reduce the load of the condenser and increase COP(Coefficient of performance),and therefore the dryer can work normally even in harsh conditions .
-The design of inside piping system takes various principles of compress air purification into full consideration in order to separate the moisture and most remain solid grains and oil-drops, which have been pre-treated when passing the main pipe, from the compress air by means of gravity separation, impacting , high speed centrifigalization , baffle-separation and diffusion , It ensures the desiccaton and cleanliness of output air ,and reduces the load of air treating element in downstream to minimum.
