PE heavy-calibre insulation pipe production line is a new product developed by our company on the base of absorbing and digesting abvanced technology from the word. The electric components of the main machine adopt frequency conversion technology. The production, high output, even plasticization and quality and so on .
The devices of the production line are mainly used for producing HDPE Casing pipes for the protection of heating power pipeline, I. e., inner layer is steel pipe, outer layer is HDPE pipe, the part between steel pipe and HDPE pipe is poured into rigid foamed polyurethane, HDPE pipe is widely used in post and telecommunication, construction, chemical and agri culture industry and so on. As it is characterized by heat preservation, heat insulation, sound insulation and high mechanical strength, so it is in chemical and construction firm\'s good graces.
