Product Line Introduction:This product line is mainly applied to manufacture HDPG silicon core tube, PP-R and PEX contrived by Company on the basis of foreign advanced technology, integrating with practical application in our country. Thanks to its novel construction of the whole machine, facile operation, high automatization and reliable capability for successive and stable production, it is able to implement high-speed production. Meanwhile, this product line is mostly used to install and arrange electric cable and the jacket tube of optical fiber cable as well as supply water and heat. This product line enjoys a potential market and a good prospect.

Capability and feature:

Extruder: Utilizing direct current timing, highly-efficient separate BM screw, together-working helix head, it can ration and feed in raw material automatically.

Forming part: It is made up of stainless steel board to finalize the design under vacuum negative pressure and refrigerate by circulatory sprinkling with a cooling length up to 24m.

Traction part: Using automatic clamp and frequency control, it is capable of accomplishing steadfast traction of the products.

High automatization: The PLC computer control available for programming enables the program control of temperature control, extruding quatity, automatic recording of traction rolling length and speed as well as the automatic printing marking.
