Q100S

This is a type of two-component varnish with high performance applicable to complete spraying and patching. It is extremely high in graze and resistant against all kinds of chemicals and features outstanding gloss and color protecting properties. AK180 hardener is needed as a additive.

Applicable base materials

Applies to the surface of Q-A 1K background paint.

Mixing ratio

12-18℃   Q300S thick-film varnish: 100 portions

          Q222 quick-drying drier: 50 portions

          QX-1 quick-drying thinner: 10-20 portions

18-24℃   Q100S thick-film varnish: 100 portions

          Q180 standard drier: 50 portions

          QX-1 General thinner: 10-20 portions

25-30℃   Q100S thick-film varnish: 100 portions

          Q180 standard drier: 50 portions

          QX-1 slow-drying thinner: 10-20 portions

30-40℃   Q100S thick-film varnish: 100 portions

          Q180 slow-drying drier: 50 portions

          QX-1 Extremely slow-drying thinner: 10-20 portions

Serviceable time

Q180(quick-drying): 2 hours, 20℃; AQ180 standard or Q180

(slow-drying): 5 hours, 20℃

Spraying and applying layers

2-3 layers, 40-60 μm in total
