Mortar Based cement wall filler putty for concrete / block / brick

Basecoat wall putty is a double/single-component thin-set mortar based on special high resistance binders, selected special additives and formula.

Scope of application

■ It is suitable for leveling of special rough inorganic plane outside the building, including mortar plaster, concrete, standard block, and brick and so on.
■ Matching paint: water, oil paint, stone paint, and inorganic coatings

Treatment of base plane

■ The base plane should be smooth and strong; no dust, grease, release agents, batik materials and so on.
■ If the base place is very uneven, leveling it with powder putty for exterior wall for one time. The new plastered cement mortar surface should be maintained for more than 14 days before construction.
■ If the weather is hot and dry or the porosity of base plane is high, construction should be done after water the base level and waiting until no clear water.

Attentions

■The construction should be done from 5 ℃ to 40 ℃.
■Control strictly about putty proportion of water and powder, avoid appear product too loose, too low strength because of too much water; or product dry fast and too low strength because of too much powder.
■ If adding too much water when stirring, should add more powders.
■ The mortar should be used within 4 hours.

Construction technology

Stir with motor stirrer until even, standing for 5-10 minutes, and stir again will get better result.
