Introduction

BIB (bag-in-box)aseptic filling machine is asmall and efficient filling equipment, comprising the aseptic filling system,weight measurement system, SIP self-disinfection system, temperature controlsystem, man-machine interface and PLC control system , Operating platform androller conveyor system (optional).

Application

Widely used for filling the drinking water, redwine, yellow wine, milk, dairy additive, syrup, juice beverage, fruit puree,fluid flavoring and etc.

Operation process

    Clampbags→clamp lids→steam sterilize automatically→pullout lids→automaticfilling→gland capping→convey bags→pack bags into boxes

Main Features:

1, the control system comprises HMI, PLC, making the operationconvenient, intuitive, and protected;

2, two optional measurement system: weighing or flow metermeasurement;

3, the whole machine using SUS304, food contact parts usestainless steel 316L;

4, can be applied to the bags of different specifications, sothat the production is more flexible;

5, reliable bag clamp design, to ensure smooth operation ofequipment and not to hurt the bag;

6, unique chamber design, to avoid condensate drip;

7, use the touch screen to set parameters, can be applied to differentbags of 1L, 2L, 3L, 5L, and 10L - 25L (bagging mouth 1 inch).

Manual load the bags in the machine, then press the start button.The device automatically completes the filling and auxiliary action until theend of filling.
