Summary

This flotation machine /flotation cells is applicable for the separation of nonferrous metal and ferrous metal and nonmetal, such as fluorite and talc.

Working principle

When the impeller rotates, the pulp from the periphery is inhaled between impeller blades through the groove bottom, at the same time, the low pressure air from the air blower gets through the hollow shaft into the air distributor in the impeller cavity, and gets by the holes on the air distributor into the impeller blades, after the pulp and air fully mixing between the impeller blades, the discharge pulp coming from the upper half of impeller, is first steadied and oriented by the stator on the inclined top of the impeller then comes into the whole tanks.
