Work Principle of Vibrating screen:
Vibrating screens is compiled of mainframe, eccentric bock, screen web, rub spring, electric motor, coupler and some more. Vibrating Screen moves round. It has multi-layers and is of high efficiency. The eccentric shaft vibration exciter and partial block help to adjust amplitude. The material drops down along the long line.
Remarks: When the fine content is higher, the productivity of screen is large. When the humidity of the material is larger, the screening efficiency will be reduced generally. But sieve size becomes larger, smaller effect on moisture, so for larger containing water wet material, in order to improve the screening process, generally increase the sieve hole method, or by wet sieving. The material contains a large amount of mud (when the amount of sludge is greater than 8%) should adopt wet sieving, or pre-washing.
