The DMC series Spring Cone Crusher is widely used for secondary and fine crushing in the fields of mining, chemical industry, building materials, metallurgies and so on. The Cone Crusher can crush materials with large scale in middle and high hardness and been?widely used in metal and non-metallic mines, cement, construction, sand and metallurgical industries. It is applicable to materials like iron ore, nonferrous metal ores, granite, limetone, quartzite, sandstone, pebbles and so on.
Working principle of limestone crusher?
The DMC ?series spring cone crusher is consist of the main structure, fixed cone assembly, dynamic cone assembly, spring system, bowl-shape axis and transmission parts. And The auxiliary part include electrical system, thin oil lubrication system and hydraulic clean chamber system.
When the spring cone crusher is working, the motor drives the eccentric bearing bushing via spring coupling, transmission shaft and a couple of cone gear wheel. The crushing cone axis is forced to swing by the eccentric bearing bushing, which makes the mantle sometimes close to the bowl liner, and some times far away from the bowl liner. The raw materials are pressed, impacted and finally crushed in the crushing chamber.
