This machine is a newly developed product that is made according to our experience on the laminating machine and the customers’ demands. The first basis metal adopts edge correction material delivering device with auto photo-electricity tracking. Moreover, with magnetic powder tension control, pneumatic back pressure shifting scraper, the oven temperature being controlled automatically and partly, the big cylinder heated by transferring oil, pneumatic control of gluing and laminating as well as the technology of double frequency conversion and speed regulation, this machine is endowed with the characteristics such as high laminating speed, low noise, low air pollution, low energy consumption and stable running, etc. It is used to laminate the material like Al-foil, cellophane and PA that have smooth surface with PP/PE film. The laminated film, with high intensity, waterproof, anti-ventilation, greaseproof, refrigerant and being steamed, is widely used for the package of refrigerant food, dry food, pharmacy and daily commodities.

8. Machine with 5 retractable material rollers: 4 are inflatable axis, one common shaft sleeve.

9. Driver of the winding motor is torque motor, and it is good for tension and stability.
