Apply to the heating unit configuration of the wet/dry laminating machine dryer and the modification of the original equipment , the system is composed of three core units:

Core competition:

1. This is the 12th Five-Year Plan achievements in scientific research which made by Huaying company. It is successfully applied in energy saving and emission reduction in the dryer and heating system of the printing, laminating and coating equipment. Due to the achievements, the energy conservation and energy consumption can up to 65%-75% and reduction amount of the hot exhaust can emissions by 40%-65.

2. The system adopts high efficient heat recovery technology which can help to recycle of exhaust heat from the dryer. It achieves the effect of energy saving and consumption reduction.

3. The system equips with intelligent system simulation control unit, adopts oven system simulation software and process database. Due to this configuration, the chemical solvent or solvent free adhesive can achieve the targets of terminal product quality control, energy saving and emission reduction target under different climate environment.
