E. Payment: pay 30% in advance before production, the buyer will check and accept the machine in the seller's factory. The seller hahe obligation to operate. The seller must pay 70% balance before shipment. 

F.Term of delivery: 80days after receive 30% deposit in advance and sales confirmation be confirmed by both parties.

G. After service

    The equipment guarantees time is one year, guarantees in the guarantees term the supplier to be responsible for replacement the equipment non-artificial reason damage parts.
