3,  The advantages of machine:

1) ,Equipment is controlled by PLC system, When regular production, the system is protected by multiple safeguards. 

2) , The lathe bed is jointed by armor plate, and tempering process, it can eliminates the internal stress and avoid the distortion of the machine body. 

3), Forming rack is cast iron frame by the tempering process. The rigidity is higher and working life is longer. And the machine looking is very beatiful and forming frame is very stronger than machine with chain drive system.

4),  Roll axis Material: 40Cr   quenching treatment  HB280, the quanlity is very better than fine steel of 45.

5) , Forming mould material: GCr15, quenching treatment:HRC58-62°.

6), Drive type:  Every rack has one gear driving box, in order to operate steadily, and working life is very longer than machine with chain drive system.

  7) Operation and adjsutment of this machine is easier than machine with chain drive system.
