This production line has the ability to produce 3PE anti-corrosion layer for steel pipes and the ability to coat FBE powder layer for steel pipes.

For instance, the short blasting machine can work on-site condition with good cleaning performance which could meet even above the standards of SR/TQ414-98 SA2 level or SA3 level. This short blasting machine is characterized by low noise, no leakage of steel grit, non-pollution, small in size (3m*0.8m*1.7) and low price. Glue-coating machine adopts plywood structure which can coat evenly. The dryer adopting far infrared hot air has quick drying performance. The damper winding machine can adjust the tightness of winding according to different requirements. The independent hydraulic station makes the pipe unloading automatically completed.

3. The whole line adopts modularized structure. It can work in fixed places or work on-site condition. It demands at most 10 days for installment.
