USE:

The line is complete automatic line, from drawing out bead wires, crushing the whole tyre, separating

the thin steel and fiber to the rubber powder, The line is recycling the waste tyre under the normal temperature

Our tire recycling line is designed to make rubber powders.
And this kind of tire can be applied to:

easily extracted.

3. Feedig oil by Duplex Impeller Pump with low operating noise, the two pumps willsupply oil at

the same time when the Extracting Cylinder reach out, and only onepump supplies oil when

hauling back the bead wire, so as to reduce the dynamo's?loading current and save energy.

4. The speed and pressure of the Extracting Cylinder will not change when the?Pressing

Cylinder is working, so as to enhance the machine's efficiency and extendthe Control Valve's

lifetime greatly!

5. Operations are interchangeable between manual and automatic.Our Waste Tire Recyling

Plant can make rubber powder of 30-80 mesh from waste tire,?also, we can collect the scrap

wire efficiently, also we have devices to collect and filter?the scrap and waste gas so that we

can process the waste tire environmentally.
