This type of plant uses PL1600 concrete batching with the loading machine helping load materials which has gas driving fun like doors for feeding, electronic scale for weighting. This kind of batching machine can store three kinds of aggregates at the same time. Measuring the aggregates on the ground and the well done materials will be conveyed to the mixer by the material lifter. The cement silo stores the cement and the fly ash.  This equipment including the screw conveyor scales for cement and fly ash. The liquid additive can be added to the additive scale after it has been mitered. The whole batching course is controlled by the electric controlling system (and it can also be controlled manually). The controlling system can store 20 different ratio of concrete for customers to choose from. The batching ratio printer can print the report for customers'reference.
