MQS air-tight test chamber is a new product designed and developed by our factory to meet the demand for fire control appliances. The equipment can be used in fire-control products that require air-tight tests in the numerous manufacturers and repair works of fire-control appliances.
The product is made up of thermostatic self-control system and features safety, reliability, simple operation and high efficiency. It is an ideal test device for manufacturers of fire-control appliances and repair works.
1. The air-tight test chamber should be maintained by a special person and inspected regularly.
2. The test chamber should be installed in a dry, well-ventilated work place.
3. If power fails, the control box should be opened to see if the leakage protection switch is tripped. If so, check if the insulation resistance of 220V power line to the casing is less than 10M by a magneto-ohmmeter, find out the faulty component and make corrections before further test.
