Characters and use

　　This production line is developed by applying foreign advanced technology in the end of 90s. The line is mainly for producing U-PVC pipes for wire and cable. It can extrude two or four pipes at one time, which enhances production efficiency dramatically.The double-pipe vacuum sizing box consists of two vacuum dousing tanks. It may be operated solely. The whole box body is made from stainless steel. The double-pipe traction cutting machine consists of two traction cutting machines. The tractor applies frequency control and pneumatic clamping technology. The cutting program is control by computer to cut in fixed length automatically. High speed and high efficiency is the most advantage of this machine.
Process flow:

Raw material mixing → conveying feeding → force feeding → conical double screw extruder → extrusion mould → calibrator → spray vacuum  calibration tank → dip-in water tank → ink printer → belt haul-off → cutter → pipe rack → finished product inspecting & packing
