Process flow:
Al plate unlocking → Al plate forming machine → PEX material → vacuum feeding → single screw extruder → single screw extruder → Co-extrusion mould → Al plate ultrasonic roll welding machine → single screw extruder → single screw extruder → Co-extrusion mould → dip-in cooling tank → dip-in cooling tank → spray-code printer → belt haul-off → double winder → steaming for 24h → finished product inspecting & packing
