Dimensions and tolerances per ANSI Y14.5-82
1. These flappers are cast by Investment Casting Process and used for Drill Pipe Float Valves.
2. Heat Treatment: Carburize at 1500-1550°F to .005/.010 depth with hardness 58 Rc Min.
3. All the products are made according to ISO9001:2000.
4. We mainly produce the products as per customer’s drawings.
5. Small orders and special design is accepted.
