Electronic measuring balance for slurry (See Fig.) is a special measuring container that weighing before slurry put into pouring.

3. Structure

? ?Measuring balance for slurry consists of cabin, bracket, electronic loading sensor and pneumatic butterfly valve.The shape of cylinder likes cone after its top is removed. It has the advantage of falling off material quickly. It is made of steel plate by rolling. There is the device of water pipe for cleaning in it.The bracket is made of sectional steel and steel plate. It will withstand up cylinder body. there is support below. Three electronic loading sensors are hanged between cylinder body and bracket. Cylinder body for material falling off is equipped with pneumatic butterfly valve and control program for material falling off.

4. Principle of work

When put slurry into cylinder, the weight of slurry will transmit to weighing display (connect the output signal to the computer that can realize automatic weighing), i.e. the put weight will be known. The material falling off will be controlled by pneumatic butterfly.

5. Maintenance

1) Each shift finishes its production, turn off power supply, use water pipe for cleaning to clean the wall of cylinder and assure that the weighing of slurry is correct.
2) Clean and wipe dust on electronic sensor and weighing display.

6. Matters for attention

1) To operate weighing display must be carried out strictly in accordance with specification (setting a manostat when the voltage instability).
2) It is strictly prohibited that have other current get through electronic sensor (e.g. the current of the electric welding) lest should damaged.
3) Don’t install weighing display (weighing display controller) at the place where sunshine can shine directly and need to avoid temperature change suddenly and vibration.
4) When delivery the weighing has debugged correctly. Don’t change it optionally at site?

7. Safety

When put slurry in it, it is prohibited strictly to stand people at periphery.?
