Steel Brush Cleaning Pig

Characteristics of steelbrush cleaning pig:

1 Clean the corrosivesubstances in the pipeline; reduce the abrasion of inside wall of pipelinecaused by the corrosive substances; define the direction of pipeline again;inspect that whether the pipeline is out of shape; reduce work back-pressure;

2 Clean the freezing pointoil, paraffin precipitation and scaling inside of the pipeline to realizedecrease back pressure of oil and abrasion, as well as reduce the temperatureof oil;

3 Clear up the pipeline whichhas polymerizable material; separate different pipeline transportation medium;

4 Clean up the sundries, freerust, drainage and exhaust in pipe;

5 Inspect quality of project;exhaust before test of water pressure;

6 Clean the water scale andsediment
