QDG-Xcyclone separator we produced has triple separation system . Compared withother cyclone separator, its work precision can reach 5 microns , andseparation efficiency is as high as 99%. We use Q345R(16MnR) that can meet thestrength requirement of board of operating mode under the condition of plate asthe main pressure parts material of cyclone separator . The main nozzle usesthe steel pipe flanges, sealing gaskets are made of high temperature resistant,corrosion resistant stainless steel spiral wound gasket, sealing is reliable.Cyclone separator has been widely used in large oil and gas field and gastransmission pipeline in Nei Menggu , Xinjiang , Sichuan and Qinghai in recentyears.

1. 1.     Overview:

Cyclone separator is a kind of dust removal equipment, it is a equipmentof that can separate the solid particles suspended in conveying gas for a longtime .

Its application in pipeline engineering solved the problem of that thedust and fog in the gas will effect the transmission and use. In the processdesign, setting the separator filter in the front-end, can greatly improve thewhole process of the pipeline transmission precision and efficiency, and at thesame time also can improve the service life of pipeline

1. 2.     Principle:

Cyclone separator as a kind of important separation equipment is widelyused in natural gas, petroleum, chemical, coal-fired power plants andenvironmental protection and other fields.It uses gravity settling, centrifugalsedimentation ,hydrocyclone separation and other principle to separate solid from air, liquid impurities andtiny dust particles.When the solid particles and gas by the tangent of the droplet entrainmentinto the cyclone, the gas can rotating on high speed along the wall, to thebottom of a downward spiral exercise on the spiral path, and after reaching thebottom impreaaion nip up, it becomes the inner topspin airflow, finally fromthe vent discharge of separator, into the pipeline.

1. 3.     Structure :

Cyclone separator adopts two hydrocyclone separation chamber and multiplesets of screw, barrel, and other forms of structure. Compared with thetraditional centrifugal separation equipment, it has small volume, about the1/3 of the conventional gravity separator ,but the efficiency is much higherthan the conventional gravity separator.To purify the gas in therotary diameter is very small, small gas flow rate and lower gas velocityconditions there are still a strong centrifugal force field. Cyclone separatorof solid particles and liquid particles have higher separation efficiency: theseparation efficiency can reach 99%.
