Theclip-type quick open blind plate has the function of secure self-locking, thatnot only prevents the blind plate from slipping out while locking, also avoiddanger while opening blind plate with pressure.
Itis widely used in the areas, such as natural gas, chemical industry, metallurgyand medicine.
Structurefeatures of clip-type quick open blind plate:
1There is no relative motion between sealing surface of blind plate and sealingring. The sealing ring is not easy to damage. So the whole system has bettersealing effect.
2The trilobite clip-type achieves self motion and stress, decreases the lengthof open screw, to make the switch more flexible and reliable.
3The stressed area of bite teeth is simultaneously enlarged (occlusion area ismore than 90%), that is more suitable for natural gas pipeline of high pressureand large caliber. Main pressure-bearing parts adopt 20# or 16Mn forged steeloverall processing. The main pressure-bearing parts have no welded part.
