Pulp Juice Filling Machine adopts peristaltic pump for quantification to effectively ensure intact fruit grains. Juice filler is composed of inlet pipe, distributor, filling system, CIP cup and recycle system, adopts precise control of the filling temperature, automatic control of liquid levels and a number of advanced technologies. All parts in contact with liquid, are made of 316L material or food-grade rubber and plastics.

To avoid bottle jam, all of the drive shafts are connected with gears or turntables by expansion sleeve instead of key connection. The bottle-out star wheel adopts a bottle lift design, requiring no adjustment of the height of the outlet chain in replacement of bottles of different heights and types, boasting smooth transition. The bottles are unlikely to fall. When bottles are conveyed to the protection plate of the filler, the lifting mechanism of the machine will lift the mouth and body together to prevent bottle crooking.
