Fabricating Method
The press welded steel grating, requested by the customers , si made of load flat steel bar and cross rods, placed , horizontally and vertically, and and equal potch apart ,by welding with 200 ton hydraulic resistance automatic welding equipment then cutting, punching and banding ends.
Load bearing steel bar pitch:pitch betweent eh two neighboring load bearing steel bars is 30mm or 40mm
Cross rod pitch: pitch between two neighboring cross rods is usually 50mm or 100mm .Special specifications can be done according your request;
