Graphite Yarn With Outside Braided Inconel Wire Jacket
It made by revolutionary technical, crocheted each yarn wrapped with SS304 wire. It has high strength stainless wire mesh make the packing 3 times more resistant to extrusion and also increase the pressure handing capabilities. The packing can be treated with inhibitors of corrosion to make their anticorrosive property better.
Application:It is a multi-service packing capable of wide range. It has more resistant to extrusion and also increase the pressure handing capabilities. It can be used in pumps, valves, paper making, power station, etc.
Technical Data:Temperature -220~+550ºC (+650ºC steam),Pressure 480Bar,Density 1.12~1.38g/cm3,Velocity 0~20m/s,PH range 0~14.
Recommendation:Use preferably with GP2132 outside braided Inconel expanded graphite packing where effective sealing is vital.
PACKAGE:
In coils of 5 kg, 10kg, 25kg, other packages on request.
