1.Spiral wound gasket

Material: Metal tape + Expanded Graphite / PTFE

Process: Metallic stripe and soft non-metallic filler, spiral wound and connected its end and beginning by dot welded.

Features: Used for higher temperatures and pressures.

Application: These gaskets are widely used in refineries, chemical processing plants, power generation, and a variety of valve and specialty applications.

2.Reinforced Graphite Gasket
Material: Graphite, Metallic
Process: Expanded graphite is reinforced by metallic layer.

3.Ring Joint Gasket

Metallic  gaskets  can  be  divided  into  two  principal  categories:  Flat  gaskets  and Ring-Joint gaskets. Both are manufactured from a metal or alloy without soft filler. Metallic gaskets machined from solid metals in oval and are designed for high pressure, high temperature or highly corrosive applications by selecting.

4.Jacketed Gasket

Material: Graphite / Non Asbestos / PTFE etc.

Description : A Jacketed Gasket is comprised of a soft pliable core inside a metallic jacket , almost any metal or alloy found in
 sheet form can be used as a jacket; its choice must take into consideration the fluid to be sealed. The metallic jacket is 0.016 in (0.4 mm) to 0.024 in (0.6 mm) thick.

Filler: The standard filler material is Flexible Graphite. Other fillers like ceramic, asbestos, mica-graphite, PTFE or another
 metal can be used.

5.Disc Spring / Belleville Washer

Description: Disc Spring is conically formed angular Discs, which are loaded in the axial direction. 

Application: Be used as single disc or arranged in stacks. 

Feature: Computerized design programmed. The method of heat treatment is particularly effective for springs, as it gives the maximum toughness and therefore considerable durability.
