1. Flexible connection: Cabinet size is 480*480mm and we can make screen size based on clients’ needs.

2. Seamless connection: For small pitches LED display, if the space between cabinets is big, it will be not good. So we apply CNC technology for the diecasting cabinet and the cabinet precision is very high. So there is absolutely seamless connection between cabinets.

3. High contrast: We apply SMD2121 black face LED lamps to improve the contrast.

4. High refresh rate: Since small pitches LED screen will be applied for high-leveled occasions and there will be camera used. So the refresh rate of the LED screen must be high. Our screen’s refresh rate can reach above 2000 Hz and it is suitable for camera.

5. No-fan design: For small pitch LED screen, sometimes the application occasions should be as silent as possible. Normal design of fan on the cabinet is out of time. Considering this point, we apply good materials for heat output and at the same time, we reduce the power consumption of the LED screen. So there is no need for fan.

6. data/power redundancy function: Data and power redundancy function is key important for HD LED screen. It is unavoidable that there is some problem for data or power transmission. If when customers are using the LED screen and suddenly there is no data or power transmission, it will be very bad. To avoid such problem, we will apply good power and controllers with redundancy functions. Even if one controller or power is broken, the whole screen can still work normally.

7. Fast maintenance: With our humanized cabinet and module design, if there is any problem, we will make fast maintenance.

8. Moire-remove effect: Moire is a common problem for HD screen. BAKO applies special IC and PCB design to remove moire to get good effect.
