●the machine is specially made for the force performance test of rigid polyvinyl chloride(PVC—U), polyvinyl chloride(PE) ring rigidity,ring flexibility(applanation),it is fully in accordance with the standards of GB/T16491,GB/T9647,GB/T18477,GB/T5836. the machine has the advantage of ease of operation, rational design, good cost performance. The variation range of speed is from 0.4mm/min to 300mm/min, the speed can be set arbitrary value in this range, the operator can adjust the place of beam in crawling mode, the machine adopts wide-range, high precision spoke sensor to measure testing force, the data processing of sensor adopts piecewise linearization correction method, which can ensure the machine’s high-precision and high-stability.

●Due to adopting microcomputer based control technique, the testing machine can display testing force value,displacement value,speed value,testing curve in-timely and globally, it can automatically store testing results, the testing results can be called out form database,  and redisplay testing procedure or do the operation curve zooming in and comparison.

1.Computer system The machines adopts DELL computer, Dell company provides three year free services, its quality is reliable, and we will upgrade computer system according to customer’s requiements.
2.Load system In load system we adopt servomotor, inward unspaced variable speed transfer system, ball screw and high precise sensor, which can precisely transfer force and displacement.
3.Electric system electrical elements (including buttons) are supplied with 24V power source, it has not dangerous to operator; electrical elements are brandname products so as to lower fault rate.
4.Control  system Self made PA-201 card (PCI) integrates multiplex D/A converters and amplifiers. Amplifiers are all digital elements ,none analog device, which ensure circuit’s stability. Control software is programmed with DELPHI language, so it has the advantage of high operating efficiency and high expandability; The software is matured by ten year’s constant revision, there is original control algorithm in the software, and the software has the advantage of stability, easy of use, easy of expandability, intelligence.
