During the design of HQ-PS88A/125A Auto Plate Processor, we utilize method and standard of CTP processor to realize 2% of net-point reproduction of PS plate. As a result, processing quality of HQ-PS88A/125A reaches the same level as CTP processor. The product appearance and inner structure design represent the user-friendly ideas of Huqiu Imaging. Processing Mode
Immersed develop processing design, with whole processing process done in one cycle of Develop, Wash, Gum and Dry.

Advanced Control
Automatic control and easy change of setting for the data, such as processing duration, chemical and dryer temperature, chemicals replenishment, recirculation & filter, rollers washing and gum control during re-wash cycle, thanks to micro processor which controls the setting of data.

Chemical Solutions Management
Auto managing system against chemicals oxidation, auto replenishes chemical system according to plate processed volume. When no plate processed after machines switch-on, machine automatically replenishes chemicals volume due to chemicals oxidation. In the mean time, anti-oxidation cover and chemicals circulation & filter system keep the chemicals in a stable and good status, so that high quality of processing can be assured.

High Quality of Processing
In addition to immersed processing mode, Huqiu has developed elaborately the evenness of rollers pressure, precision of temperature control, materials for brush rollers and rubber rollers, and transport structure in the whole process of Develop, Wash, Gum and Dry. Therefore, reproduction of basked net-point can be realized in the processing with the quality equal to an advanced CTP processor.

Energy Saving Design
The product has functions of auto shut-down with no plate processed, auto switch-off of water inlet, partial spray in the whole processing process, chemical anti-oxidation unit, gumming selection during re-wash process, high efficient dryer hot-air system with dual-direction and dual-loop design, auto recycle of gum and power consumptions reduction.

Safety Design
Emergency stop button designed to mount on inlet table, auto protection unit for dryer over-heated, alarm system when chemical solution level higher or lower, closed protection unit of mechanical transport system and safety marks on each important part of machine, etc.

Easy Maintenance
Easy removal of machines roller, brush, guide and anti-oxidation and easy maintenance and washing for the parts, also including chemical filter system, dryer hot-air system, electrical control system, mechanical transport system.
