Medical Film Processor

HQ-22 PF series covers a full family of models as following: 4322, 5522, 6322, 7622, 8622, 9622 and 1222 totally seven models. Processable width of film ranges from 4-opened 430mm to 1250mm. The marketing of the new generation of HQ-22 PF series, will accompany the 3rd generation film processor, HQ-30 PF with hi-quality launched in 2002, to completely meet requirements of customer from Printing, Advertisement, PCB making and Aviation. Processable material: fast speed film, image-setting photo paper, film, real-point film, light room film, copied film, resin plate.

HQ-22 PF series Medical Film Processor has designed with a set of alarm system of malfunction auto-diagnosis. When theres lower solution level, no solution, low temperature, high temperature, high solution level, or malfunction in electronic circuit, this auto alarm system will send out alarm signal with error code displayed on the screen that helps you to find out the malfunction cause and recover machines normal processing operation. Filter system is specially configured with easy-replacing chemical filter (see figure below) to assure the clean chemical and high-quality processing film.
Closed Transport

HQ-22 PF series Medical Film Processor applies the new closed type of transport design, to reduce rust on transport system during long immerse in chemical solution. This closed system employs isolation mode between transport shaft and chemical tank, so that theres no malfunction in the transport system and working life is lengthened by a few times.
Body-separate Design

HQ-43221222 model uses body-separate between upper part and lower part. During installation, user may separate easily upper chemical tank from lower stand. The dimension after detaching may pass the door of dark room with width not less than 55cm.
Digital Display

HQ-22 PF series Medical Film Processor are all configured with display screen, which may display temperature data of develop, fix and dry. With computer control system, you may set or convert temperature, speed, replenish rate, warm-up heating time for 24 hours, data difference correction and program on the screen. Brightness of screen can be adjusted. Even in dark room it can be adjusted to a status from complete exposure of film.
