MD 802 Automatically Control System for Economic Operation of Gathering (Combined) Station

General Description

For the currently used automatic control system in the gathering (joint ) station ,because there is in short of effective tools for accurately monitoring the energy consumption nodes both inside and outside the station and an optimized software is not used for an economic operation of the system to establish a standard template the data of key energy consumption nodes of the system (such as the online inspection of a big-size flow meter, pump efficiency of motor, the relation of separator efficiency ) are difficult to be read out ,the node efficiency is hard to be detected and there are in short of monitoring of energy consumption of the system, thus systematical energy consumption is hard to be reduced.

To perfect the automatic monitoring system of the gathering (joint) station , “MD 802 automatic control system for economic operation of gathering (joint) station” is developed the MD802 automatic control system of the gathering (joint) station is consisted of 3 stage networks, of which stage I network is a local network, its main function is to transfer the data from the central control station to the data management center from the joint station through the local network for the purpose of data sharing with resources; the stageⅡ network is a busbar network for 485 communication, it is used mainly for data transmission for central control station with each detecting unit; the stage Ⅲ network is a field detecting network, it is used for contacting each detecting unit with corresponding detecting point for data transmission, Each control unit of the 3 stage networks is an independent operating system, it can operate by separating with the main control machine for an optimized, operating control on each control object, therefore the overall systematical stability is raised. Through stageⅡ 485 communication interface the central control station connects with each detecting unit of 3 stage networks for high-grade. Management and operating data of the station are collected operation of the whole system is monitored. At the same time, high-level management of statement, management enquiry of historical data is recognized through master control machine. Through a real-time detecting the full parameter of motor input electric energy, pump efficiency of motor, pump outlet pressure and pump inlet flow rate. Efficiency of burning stone, the relation data of 3 phase separator efficiency, and by evaluating the gathering equipment and system and analyzing the efficiency of the gathering (joint) station, the 3 stage networks are used for simulating computation of the efficient relation of 3 phase separator; and the optimized operation of the gathering system is implemented by using standard template of economic operation. By further integral energy saving and optimized reconstruction of the gathering system, the mode of economic operation of Type I gathering (joint) station is realized for standard energy consumption.
