MSPQ-E Anti-collision and Anti-tilting System for intelligent crown is a kind of electronic control instrument, which has a very stable structure, it is applied to enable the drilling traveling block move in preset range, and prevent the head frame excessive tilting, it has double displays of digital display and graphic display, which can show operator real-time location of traveling block and dip angle of biax
The instrument is equipped with audible and visual alarm, it can warn operators, when there is some abnormal situation, such as traveling block's position beyond lower and upper limit, drop too fast, head frame tilts excessively, it can protect the safety of equipments and workers
SPQE preventing tilt and collision system for intelligent crown is solid and simple installation, to ensure normal work, set all the components installed correctly and to ensure the safety and reliability of all electrical cable.
