Principle

For DWP type air jet mesh-belt dryer,the hot air flows. Through narrow seams or holes, downward or upward to thematerials on the transmission belt. Because the spray air speed is up to morethan 15m/s, the heat transmitting film is very thin, the heat transmittingco-efficiency is big and the drying speed is fast. When the machine is used forthe air tight grains, the above air jet flow will return to the top and thebottom flow will return to the bottom, take part in circulation. For somematerials, the air flows will pass through the inside of the materials, theheat source can be steam, electricity, thermal furnaces and combustion oil flueand etc.
