I.Applications:

1.It is applied to water quality monitoring in petrochemical industry, oil refining, metallurgy, pharmaceuticals and environmental protection.

II.Features:

1.It adopts microcontroller for easy use; The plate-type or wall-hung type is convenient for installation, operation and maintenance.

2.It can measure pH value, temperature and ORP of water sample.

3.It can conduct automatic slope calculation and automatic temperature compensation.

4.It can automatically recognize three buffer solution of 4.00,6.86and 9.18.

5.It has isolation output(4~20)mADC signal, and the output upper limit and lower limit can be adjusted.

6.It has isolation RS-232or RS-485 (optional) digital signal output.

7.It has automatic upper and lower limit alarming function. Also, it can prevent data loss in power failure.

8.It can store and view measured data. Up to 400 sets of measuring data can be stored (including measuring results and storage time).

9.The instrument has six control relays. The two of them are used to output upper and lower limit alarming signal and the other four adopt programmable controller aiming to combine actuation and release time so that the automatic cleaning, calibration and other controlling functions can be realized. 

10.The electronic unit case has the protection level of IP65 in order to prevent water spraying and dust pollution.

10.The instrument has two combination modes:

a)PPHG-217D industrial pH/ORP gauge controller (It is suitable for circumstances which the measured point is distant from instrument and the maximum distance is 20 meters)

b)PHG-217D-1 industrial pH/ORP gauge controller (It is suitable for circumstances which the measured point is near instrument.)
