 Products Description:

Feature: Good oxygen resistance, polarity solvent resistant. Used for plastic
 printing machinery, leather machinery, etc 

A) Rubber and iron core detachment totally.

Reason: high load, Long-term high-temperature make adhesion layer of aging.

Countermeasures: reduce load, choose high load rubber material, post cooling water to
 iron core when using in high temperature. 

B) Both ends of rubber and iron core detachment.

Reason: Middle height is insufficient, added pressure on both ends; Lubrication effect is bad, 
the bearing get hot. 

Countermeasures: Appropriate Middle height, Improve lubrication. 

C) Rubber surface was worn abnormally

Reason: rubber roller’s rotation is not smooth, unsuitable selection for material and hardness.

Countermeasures: check the shaft head and rotary joints, check material and hardness.

D) Rubber surface harden 

Reason: the storage time is too long, rubber aging due to long-term use.

Countermeasures: grind or rubber coated once again.

E) Rubber surface softened 

Reason: drug dipping, especially organic solvents. 

Countermeasures: Grind or choose rubber which solvent resistance better to coat again. 

F) Part of rubber roller inflation

Pressure differentials, then adhesion layer or rubber layer stripping among layers.

G) all expansion H) rubber roller flat, I) embossing is not apparent, J) embossing perforation, 
K) hardness disabled L) polishing ripple.
