Heating Roller

Heating roller:  the roller on the structure using by inside and outside cylinder, infuse the oil
 between the cylinders, distribute electric heat pipe evenly around the cylinder. The unique
 design solved the faults for using steam heating. It has good thermal stability, high reliability
 and easy control, high thermal efficiency, more energy-efficient, more to improve work 
efficiency.It's suitable for pharmaceutical, foodstuff, ironing, drying, forming, and compound.

Application industry: textile, printing, dyeing, non-woven fabric, dry plastic and other heating
 compound, embossing machinery. The structure of oil and steam heating roller divide into
 single and multi-layer hollow, circumjacent punch, and other forms.

- Characteristics: slender, flexible transmission.

- Material: stainless steel, Q235 - B, Q345 - A; 

- Requirements: ensure balanced and straightness; finish tiptop Ra0.01 mm (level 14). 

- Diameter: 40 ~ 2500mm 

- Length: 300 ~6000mm

Technical requirements: 

- Choose the weldless steel tube or coil pipe welding. 

- Tempering and quenching treatment, the special request can use intermediate frequency of quenching. 

- Boring inner holes, keep evenly thickness inside. 

- The heat deformation will become small after heated, (length-diameter ratio is1:4 below, when heating reach to 200  Celsius degree, deformation ≤ 0.025 mm). 

- Chromium plated, hardness is HRC62 (or spray PTFE to prevent stick)
