5D cinema is based on 4D cinema. 4D cinemas is a combination of 4D special effect seat with 3D traditional movies. 4D cinema just has dynamic chairs with few special effects. 5D cinemas have high technology, prominent theme, and effective strong impact on the screen features compared to other types of theaters. With the increasing needs of entertainment market, and the rising development of video entertainment technology , viewers used to experience shocks, falls, rain, scratch and other effects in some 4D cinemas, but with 5D cinema, viewers can now experience new unique features, touch and feel, such as smoke, water, snow, bubble, smell, lightning, legs touching, photo snap shooting system and other special effects.

The medium-end and low - end controller: JMDM-COM20MR;JMDM-4DI16DO;JMDM-16MT

JMDM-16MT:When effects control more than four, external relay enlarged board  or use relay to control the exchange of special effects, No precise control cylinder telescopic stroke function, generally used to mini-small, low - end 4D theater experience hall.

16 channnels medium-end and low - end controller: 

JMDM-4DI16DO: 8 special effects control, low-end program, no precise control cylinder telescopic stroke functions, generally used for the Mini small or multi-platform consisting of a large theater in the low-end 4D theater, the experience hall.

 20 channnels medium-end and low - end controller: 

JMDM-COM20MR: 8 control special effects, directly control of AC special effects equipment. In the low end of the program, have no precise control cylinder telescopic stroke functions. Generally used for the Mini small or groups of platforms constitute a large theater, low-end 4D theater, experience hall.

High-end controller

JMDM-COM4Dmovie Control of the high-end 6DOF  pneumatic platform or hydraulic platform, the standard configuration can simultaneously control 8 effects and can also be based on customer demand to add a special effects controller, used for the control of over 8 channels special effects. High-end programs, can accurately control cylinder telescopic stroke to protect the cylinder life, the seat motion effects synchronization, realistic, precise, delicate, smooth, generally used to high-quality high-end 4D theater experience hall, exhibition hall.

Control software:

Edit-end software (JMDM-4Dmovie editor) function:

Editor used for movie editing and production of action files, with the JMDM acquisition system,  fast acquisition  various 2D/3D/4D/5D movie actions, and to launch a large number of dynamic movies in a short time . Can watching movies when editing  effects in the software interface, now we  produced a new software, it can acquisition multi-platform action with one software; edit action is very simple and convenient for non-professionals to understand at a glance.

Player software(JMDM-4Dmovie player)function:

(1) used to play the edited  with  special effects's 4D movies, have no editing functions.

(2) Combined with Stereoscopic Player supports almost all video formats, such as: avi,mkv,mpg,mpeg,rm,rmvb,mov,m2ts (Need to install the ultimate decoder or other decoder)

(3) The player supports external load subtitles, and can be set into left and right three-dimensional format.

(4) The player supports all of the three-dimensional formats, such as: Left and Right, Up and Down, Left and Right separation, etc.

(5) To realize videos and action play synchronization.

Acuisition system

JMDM-4DMMAU Acquisition system-generated action file , can not only be used for JMDM-COM4Dmovie 20  high-end control system with sensors,but also can be perfectly compatible with JMDM-4DI16MT 16-channel low-end without sensors control system. Apply to control MDM series 2 types 4D theater control system (JMDM-COM4Dmovie, JMDM-4DI16DO), used for pneumatic or hydraulic cylinder or 6DOF  or 3DOF platform seat action and special effects equipment action acquisition.

Dynamic seats
The dynamic seats move according to the film story. The seats contain some effects which are controlled by the computer: Falling, shaking, blowing, and water spraying, rotating, yawing, pitching, and rolling. And there are also other special effects integrated to the 3D movies such as; Smoke, rain, lightening, bubble, smell, scenery and figures show. Thus, it can mobilize all the perceptual system of viewers and make you really come into the plot, which makes viewers feel the scene very close and gain all-around experience from your vision, hearing, touching, smelling and take you into the simulative environment which can be felt as a real world. For the moment there are three kinds of dynamic chairs. They are 4D chairs; Dynamic chairs of 4D and Motion systems. Although they have the similar name but there are great differences among them. 

Screen 
From the visual sense, the screen structure of 5D cinema has three kinds of screen: Flat screens; Arc form semi-center of a circle and circular-screen. The aspect ratio of the screen is 16: 9, and it can widely expand the scope of movement for 3D objects and horizon, get rid of the constraint of plane sight and make the movie space resemble as the real space. It can generate many mode of motion such as crossing and surrounding, that's how it makes the feeling of space-time's changing. (It's different from the "flat four-dimensional video" - which limits not only the audience's visual angle, but also the movement direction of the objects.) 
3D glasses 

For viewers to enjoy stereoscopic motion picture, we exclusively design and manufacture cylinder polarized glasses (the "stereo glasses") for watching stereoscopic motion pictures. It makes different movie images from viewer's left eye and right eye, so that the image reflected in the human brain is a 3D image, thereby to create an immersed scene of the three-dimensional visual space. 

Digital audio system
Produced from sound effects materials of high quality. The 5D cinema sound system is made up of Multi channel surround sound system. 5d systems provide sound to enhance the environmental sound effects. 5D multi channel surround sound system is designed and produced taking fully account of the stereoscopic motion pictures in 5D Cinema and can accurately locate objects in the motion, so that the sound is also stereo 5D film together to form a real three-dimensional sense of space. 
Computer control system
To make sure all the above elements achieved good effect, a computer is needed to control all the functions. The computer is the core of the 5D cinema, all software and programs control that every function is integrated into the computer. The movie has to be programmed according to the computer and then the computer set the exact time when to execute such as projection of sound, produce all special effects etc.
