The grey building (library) adopted the construction form of steel framework combined with sandwich external wall panel. It has the advantages of short time limit and quick installation on site.

The yellow one (innovation building) is the modular building of Phase Zero Incubator Park built in 2001. After 9 years’ usage, it was relocated to new site and then a new building with nice appearance which is suitable for other requirements appeared after re-handling.

Including 1200-square-meter’s reading room and library office, 1100-square-meter’s (12 Nos.) innovation laboratory area.

Applications:

Work as office, library, classroom and other public buildings.

GENERAL

We will be providing a basic structure, which is installed on a slab provided by others, the structure will require fitting out by others and final finishing beyond our agreed factory finishes, by others.

FOUNDATION

The foundation is a reinforced concrete platform. Not included in the scope of our proposal.

FLOORING

Not included in the scope of our proposal.

EXTERIOR WALLS

ROOFING

The 11%-sloped roof will be covered with 0.50mm-thick color-coatedgalvanized trapezoidal sectioned steel sheets. Roof claddings are fixed to the side purlins by driller-type screws.

RAIN GUTTER

Not included in our proposal.

SUSPENDED CEILING

9.5mmthick mineral board suspended ceiling is mounted below the lower members of the steel box profile roof trusses.

EXTERIOR DOORS

The exterior doorframes are aluminum profile. 0.50mm thick powder-painted galvanized steel sheet sandwiched doorpanelwith steel frame andglass wool filled in the cavity. Cylindrical type locks will be used for exterior doors.

INTERIOR DOORS

The interior doorframes are aluminum profile. 0.50mm thick powder-painted galvanized steel sheet sandwiched doorpanelwith steel frame andglass wool filled in the cavity. Cylindrical type locks will be used for exterior doors.

WINDOWS

Windows are Standard PVC frame with 5mm single-glazed sliding type.

MECHANICAL INSTALLATION

All buildings will be equipped with polypropylene fresh water piping and PVC wastewater piping only within the building.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION

Electrical installations will be 3 Phase.1 electrical panel with main circuit breaker, earth leakage current breaker and miniature circuit breakers (made of sheet steel or PVC) will be installed. For lighting circuit 3x2.5mm2 cables will be used. For socket circuits 3x2.5mm2 sized cables will be used. Wiring will be hid
