DJ800 Powder Belt Conveyor
Summary of Powder Belt Conveyor:
It is applied to continuous conveying bulk material,with wavy raised edges and sidelong clapboard,
so it is especially continuously convey materials at big inclination,conveying obliquity is 0°-90°.
Application field of Powder Belt Conveyor:
It is widly used in coal, metallurgy, electricity power, chemical industry, light industry, port, shipping industries etc.
Working environment temperature within 15°C--40°C,specific gravity of bulk material is between 0.5-2.5t/m3.
Special conveying belt is needed for materials with high temperature, acid, alkali, oil or organic solvent etc.
Structure advantages of Powder Belt Conveyor:
Compared with common conveyer,high obliquity, it saves more floor space and reaches a higher obliquity.
Compared with bucket elevator, scraper conveyer, which advantages are as follow:
1. Large conveying capacity up to 6000m3/h,vertical elevating height up to 200m.
2.Smooth transition from level to slope or vertical.
3.Low consumption, simple structure, easy maintenance.
4.High-strength belt,long service life.
Notes
No feeding devices allowed in curving segment.
Level or slope mounted feeding devices are suggested.
