There are three layers of sieve bottom of this machine. At first,the front screen will sort out the dust and samilar impurities. Then the main fan will select at last part. After the grains finished cleaning, it will be casted out by Grain Casting Machine to realise sort out the stone and mildew grains. This machine also solves the question of feeding grains after screened. First layer is for the big impurity, second layer for small impurity, three layer is for half a grain, and fourth layer for sand etc.

The grain granule can be thrown straight line shape, throwing distance can reach 6-8 meters, the machine without food conveyor belt can be directly run into the house of the rolls, it is also called "grain thrower without wind".

Working Principle

1.The grain is conveyed into feed hopper by belt conveyor or bucket conveyor and then flows from feed hopper to vibrating screen. 

2.The vibrating screen is a triple-deck screen , grain on the screen cloths bounces forward.

3.The first layer screen sieves out the big corn cobs, corn cobs with niblet and pebbles and then the grain flows to the second layer screen.

4.The stones and lumps smaller than grains can be sifted out and flow out from the third outlet.

5.The grain on the second layer screen flows into the trash bin , and then the fan blows out the dust and stive in the grain. 

6.The grain granule can be thrown straight line shape, throwing distance can reach 6-8 meters.

7.Finally the net grain flows out from the discharge hole .

8.It can be used for separating and removing the impurities from wheat, rice, corn, soybean and others kinds of grain.
