Working Principle

• 1. When pressing the "on/off" button, the compressed air enters the vacuum generator, while the hopper door is shut down by the cylinder and the hopper produces a vacuum.The vacuum machine creates a stream of air in a vacuum,and under the air flow,the material by soft tube transports into the vacuum hopper.

• 2. After a certain time (feeding time, adjustable) compressed air have been closed down, pneumatic vacuum pump cannot produce vacuum, at the same time the feeding hopper door in cylinder driven by open, vacuum feeding machine vacuum disappeared, material automatically from feeding door into the feeding device, and the compressed air blowback to the filter cleans automatically.

• 3. After a certain time (adjustable), the compressed air restarts.The vacuum generators produce the vacuum and the feeding door closed.Then the machine will load material again,and the material is continuously sent into the feeding device.
  

• 4. For the vacuum feeding machine with the material position control, the material in the hopper of the receiving equipment can complete the automatic feeding through the material position controller.When the material in the receiving hopper device is higher than that of a certain position, the vacuum machine stops adding material;When the material bit below a certain position, the vacuum feeding machine automatically starts to complete the feeding of the material.
